I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I had specifically booked a deluxe room with one bed, but upon arrival, I was informed that due to unavailability, I was upgraded to a room with two beds. While I appreciate the effort to accommodate me, the room provided was not what I had requested, and the change was disappointing.
One of the few highlights of the stay was the L’Occitane products in the bathroom, which added a touch of quality to an otherwise underwhelming experience.
Additionally, I encountered issues with the credit card deposit for the minibar. Despite having my card details on file through Expedia and the ability to charge in USD, the hotel was unable to process the deposit. As a result, they removed the minibar from my room, which felt like an inconvenience rather than a solution.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the lack of attention to my booking preferences and the handling of the minibar situation left me dissatisfied with my stay.
