DJ plays techno/dance music super loud til 1am every night, so you need to book an Exhale Club room to not be near all the noise. The Exhale Club is NOT worth the cost. The room was nice and clean and the property is clean. The drinks were horrible and couldn’t taste any liquor and they use very cheap stuff. Two of the days they ran out of beach towels for several hours. People save chairs and then don’t show up all day at the pool while others are there and can’t find a place to sit. Everything is done through What’s App- all food menus, activity lists, property map, etc- so you will need to get it if you don’t have it in order to communicate with any of the staff, nothing is in writing in the room like most places have a binder of info.

This property is beautifully arranged and well maintained. Food at all of the establishments were very good and well-seasoned. The Spa is amazing! Once onsite, you really do not need to leave. We have already shared with many friends, and we plan to return to this property when visiting Punta Cana, DR! As a note, contact the resort directly for the company contracted providing services for airport shuttle service. It will be more economical than other companies attached to the travel website.

Top to bottom 5 star experience. The Xhale club and rooms were perfect with minimal noise but close enough to everything. Onal helped make an exceptional trip as well as Jeffery at the swim up bar! The selection of restaurants along with entertainment made everything worth while.

Miguel our Butler was excellent, and amazing. Words can not describe how how wonderful Miguel made our trip. He is very friendly, accomadating, superior work ethic, and make our trip unforgettable. The resort is beautiful and clean. The beach is beautiful and relaxing! Good service while on the beach.
