We had an amazing stay on Oct 23.as we returned from Singapore. As we were checking in, we were told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade to the Penthouse suite. What??? I don't know what we did to deserve it, but it was such an amazing surprise. The room was beautiful! Thank you to the kind and friendly staff for a much-needed relaxing night. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Vancouver or next layover.
