The property location is excellent! In the heart of it all. And the Pub had great service and food! The rooms are not air conditioned, so in the July heat that was a bummer. It's also an older hotel with carpeted floors in many of the rooms. I'd stay here again, but probably not in the heat of summer.

Nice place but outdated, especially for the price per night. Updates are definitely needed to make reservations more competitive, no streaming services (only cable TV), old kitchen appliances, few broken items, but staff promptly provided additional, but still old. Cost is not reflective of property condition. However, staff was super friendly & helpful, fantastic location, and pub food was good.

Convenient location, walkable to the sites m, shopping and restaurants. Building and rooms are old. We reserved a two bedroom suit, stairs rising were high and seemed to steep, narrow for grand parents to use the upstairs room. Both bedrooms were located upstairs. So grandparents slept on sofa bed, the additional blanket in closet were really in bad condition, faded, many holes in it, did not like that provided as extra blanket to a room. Small TV’s. Not a great lighting. Carpet and condition of the place is out dated and old. No bathroom upstairs next to the bedroom, which can be important to elderlies.

Check in was easy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. No A/C but even with a record breaking heat wave we were pretty comfortable. Swan’s supplied fans and the evenings cool off nicely due to the breeze off the harbour. Mattress on the pull-out couch could have been better but it wasn’t so bad that it kept us awake after chasing Grandkids around all day😓

It was boiling hot in the condo. There were no windows in the two bedrooms. There were a couple bugs. I was very grossed out with the carpet and furniture.

Would rate higher but unfortunately I left my airpods and even tho my GPS says it's still there. I've been told they can't find it. Other than that great place and very nice staff. Highly recommend but make sure you don't forget anything.

Rooms are Nice, when walking we peaked in different rooms during turn over/housekeeping. Highly recommend the 2 bedroom suite that sleeps 6. Only negative is 1 shared bathroom. NO AC. 3 people max elevators (2). Hallways are tight. One way in and out of hotel. Safety: Need room key for front door, and every . Would consider property to be “Safe”. Disadvantage: No parking at hotel or valet. Unsecured - Paid parking within walking distance. A bit of a walk to Secured - Paid parking. 1-2 parking spots in front of hotel if available for check-in and check-out.
