Great service especially from the spa staff unfortunately the only thing negative was the bad smell from our room very damp & musty. Otherwise everything was great.
Fabulous hotel, right on the beach . Beautiful pool area with swim up bar and large double bed chairs which gives it a more glamouress appeal. We paid for the Club rooms, with an adult only pool. However , this area had no waiter service nor big beds and minimal beds with shade which is essential ...
Sea view suites is poetic licence - telescope required to see the sea- I know it’s traditional Balinese but rooms could with some colour
Well positioned and managed site. Getting towels was a bit of a pain and old fashioned door key was unique
It was great for the price. The rooms are a little dark and could do with updating but everything was clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Lovely staff who were all very friendly. Our bed was very comfortable and it was also not in a noisy area.
We booked The Samata last minute due to a failed trip to Nusa Lembongan (because of high tide) never mind not being able to go because we had the most wonderful time here. The grounds at the Samata are so well kept and picturesque with the beautiful rice paddies as a back drop. We had the ocean view ...
Wonderful location in Sanur. Plenty of excellent restaurants near by. Hotel grounds are exquisite and relaxing. Rooms are lovely. We are already planning to go back
Amazing boutique style property without compromising on anything. Excellent stall, facilities, dining, spa and ambiance. Can’t wait to return. Friendly and professional staff.
Has 3 lovely pools, buffet style breakfast with a tasty range and eat by the pool. Had a large room with 3 extremely comfy and clean beds but located in a dark corner. Bathroom was fairly dismal and inI need of an upgrade, very old and a shower that drenched the entire bathroom as shower head moved ...
Located close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay.
We booked in for 4 nights and then stayed for 8 because we loved the hotel, the kids loved it and Sanur is a really nice place. The shuttle bus service is really useful however it would be good if it ran later at night. It's a great touch to have dedicated lounges at the beach so you get the best ...
