We have Very large 3 bedroom condo with large patio accessible from bedroom or living area. Beach in front of property. Plenty of space to sit and talk with family and friends. Large full kitchen if you decide to eat in. If you are a scuba diver, your boat can pick you up out front and you can clean your gear in the provided area near the pool. Ask us about our deals with Aldora Divers. If you just want to relax we have a large pool area that it quiet. If you are into tennis or working out there is a tennis court and work out room on site. The tennis court is being modified to also allow pickleball. You can watch the beautiful sunsets at the beach, from the Money Bar or from the patio on 2 of our rooms. This is a quiet area of the island but there is live music at the Money Bar http://www.moneybarbeachclub.com/ on some nights. Check out the view on their website. If you like to snorkel the place you pay to take a boat is right off the beach in an area that is marked off by buoys with no fee. Fiber optic internet speed 497Mbps down 101 up. Stayed here 2 nights for a quick trip and we had an excellent experience! The place was stunning with a variety of amenities included. Richard was communicative, understanding, and kind. Sandy, the person on site, helped with SO much! She was available for anything and everything and so prompt. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The perfect dive trip spot!

We had a great experience staying here - the condo is well stocked and so spacious! Richard is super responsive and so is Daniel / The Landmark in general. Super convenient to dive with Aldora and be picked up at the dock across the street at Money Bar. Money bar was so nice to have close! Great drinks and food, and beach access with lounge chairs.

We are very familiar with Playa del Carmen and somewhat Cozumel. All I can say is that we will not be staying in Plata del Carmen again. Amazing everything WOW!
