We paid up upgraded ocean view rooms. Our daughter’s room had a leak in it from the very first moment we got there. We told the front desk and maintenance about it multiple times, but my kids were stuck in that room for three full days with no ceiling and water dripping down all over their stuff. They were then moved into another room where there was another leak, and they were once again left without a ceiling. To top it off water ended up coming into our adjoining room also. There were days without maid service so then we also didn’t have towels to clean up the leak. It was honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

We loved our room in 401. The staff were so nice and helpful. We loved the beach, it was so nice and clean. The dining room was great. The buffet was ok for food, but they didn't account for diabetics, no sugar free food or syrup, juice, no sugar free anything. We had a fabulous time there, we had to use a taxi every time we wanted to go there or you can rent a vehicle. The staff watch out for there tourists to keep them safe. We explored the whole island and we couldn't have been any more happier with the experience.

We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities for the most part. There where a few downfalls such as the time limits on borrowed equipment and most of the locks in the bathrooms where broken. The food on the menu and buffet where good however not what i was expecting being in mexico.
