We had a fantastic stay at Conzulmeno Beach Resort! The beach is stunning with clear turquoise water and plenty of shade under straw umbrellas. Our kids loved spotting sea creatures like baby rays, swordfish, sea urchins and different types of fish. They also enjoyed spending time in the pool by the beach. At night we often took a taxi to the center which is only 10 mins away. Huge thanks to the amazing staffā€”Paulino, Santiago, Carlos, Pedro, Fernando and Oscarā€”for their great service. Special shoutout to Alejandro, Eyahir, and Yaneth at La Veranda for the surprise birthday cake, David in the lobby bar for top-notch cocktails, and Manuel at the buffet grill for his delicious omelettes. An unforgettable vacation! We canā€™t wait to go back!

I've stayed there twice. Talk about a complete defference of stays. Something has changed, and don't suggest for anyone!! Besides for it's beautiful Beech, not worth it! All lies. Hotel stay horrible. Food horrific, no buffet, same menu ever single day. No buffet, no daily sandwichs/hamburgers/pizza available as advertised. Limited drinks. Paid specifically for all-inclusive. It is not. Told this was current off season. And limited service/food/menu. Never ever told or advertised this. And I've stayed there before. Expedia and every other travel companies should not sell, or advertise this hotel. It is that serious! Do not stay here!! I feel lied to, and extreme fruad occurring.

The beds are very uncomfortable (hard) as for food nasty gross lids left up or off of food and birds going and eating out of it or pooping in it We was getting out breakfast and one pooped on my grandson there was only one enclosed place to eat there but you had to wear pants (didnā€™t know you had to wear pants til we was already there) so who would be taking pants to 90+ degreee weather only air conditioning spot was your room, private dining where you needed pants and gift shop You couldnā€™t even sit in lobby and have a cup coffee read your book or anything had to stay in pool or in your room cause of no a/c

The staff is great! Fatima at the front desk is nice and helpful. And Mateo and Juan make the best drinks with a smile! Waiters Santiago, Roger, German, Aldo and Carlos are just a few of the people that make this place awesome!

Room smelled like mold and wet clothes the entire stay. Was told by Fatima they would switch my rooms but never did. The sheets and furniture were moist and wet to the touch. Booked a double bed and received a single bed and never moved rooms. Hot water is not a guarantee but rust in the water is. Shower never fully counts off and runs the whole day. Buffet food is extremely poor quality. Only good part was the beach water was clean and beautiful.
