In very bad repair Service was mediocre. The food was great. No entertainment at the resort. View and beach were beautiful. Bar service was really slow.

Some of the property maintenance was a little overdue. Our room had a closet door issue and the doors wouldn't stay on the track. The AC smelled of mildew. The toilet ran unless we jiggled the handle. The bathroom faucet handle had one particular spot where you could get it to stop running. Everyone that worked here made up for what the building was lacking. All servers and hosts were gracious and accommodating. I hope we go back, just to see the staff again! Bottomless margaritas and the beautiful Caribbean! Thank you, Jaime for being a lovely host in the restaurant.

The pools were filthy… I ordered room service and it never came…. We didn’t have any running water for hours the AC was loud and didn’t work well… no wash clothes…. Birds will steal your food… I wouldn’t recommend it… definitely not going back… but the island was nice

It's a nice old, quaint, resort with a lot of character. Layed back and not so load. But, if your not ok with parents letting thier kids run arround unsupervised, this is not the place for you.

The air conditioner didn't work for three days, food was not very good, outside buffet wasn't manned well and food there was just fair. Inside restaurant was good in the mornings but fair otherwise. 1 elevator had issues most of the time we were there and only worked occasionally. The building, one area, was being painted and you had to watch for falling debris. We ended up going out for dinner several nights because of the menu. The staff did do a good job for what they had but we have been to many better places in Cozumel. We won't go back to this place ever again!

All staff were wonderful! They took very good care and made sure drinks were never empty! Food was good. You can order from the menu by the pool. The nachos were the best! We went when it was quiet time, so it wasn’t very busy. It was wonderful.

Not many choices for eating. You'd think that being at the ocean they would offer more seafood but all they had was some white fish that was NOT tasty at all. We had to go to town to get seafood. I was told by a fiend that they had daily activities wirh a different theme every night. NOTHING. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time I go.

OK, not a good review, first, the report looks nothing like the pictures, the resort is in need of serious renovation. The property is very worn, needs major repairs. When we checked in the front desk staff was NOT friendly at all. They put the wrist band on my wife’s wrist so tight that she asked to have another one put on and they wanted to charge us $10.00 USD. They refused to change it so she was uncomfortable the whole week. Our room had paint all over the fixtures, the bed was so worn out that it was bent like a banana. The shower door was rusted and wasn’t even functional. The show didn’t work and it took 2 days to have it repaired. Once they did we hardly had any water pressure. We asked to move to a different room and we were told NO. On the third day the water was out in the entire reports for 4 hours. We were told by local people that that was the second time in one month that the report lost water. The pools were filthy, they were so murky that you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. The were napkins and trash floating in the pool. One pool was empty and the swim up bar pool was closed. The report offered only one beer selection and the liquor was cheap non brand liquor. The food was so bad that we ate out for all our meals except breakfast. You had a choice of a limited buffet or the one dining room. The fountain on the front of the hotel was empty (no water) the fountain in the lobby was empty and not working. Small things like the chess set in the lobby h

A little outdated but lots of character. Service was amazing! Snorkeling was great. Rooms were big and clean. Lots of fun things to do at hotel and the island itself. Definitely recommend!
