The pool was freezing. Our door handle broke on the first day and continues to have issues, the hot water did not work the first two days after they said they fixed it and lastly our room was not served even with the service sign needed on the door.

The continental breakfast was overpriced and didn't include a protien. Exposed bare wiring in the pool area and ungrounded outlets throughout the property. No ice machine and no mini fridge in our room.

Very well maintained, nicely decorated. Room was very clean and fairly spacious for its class. Staff was nice. Their restaurant served the best chilaquiles I've found. Happy we chose Coral Princess.

Beautiful beachfront with great snorkeling, pool, great people. Take a taxi there from the boat or airport. Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch til 5 great food. Drinks around the swim up pool. Our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator but did have a great ocean view and a/c. Will definitely stay again for longer.
