My only complaint is of the way smokers are treated, one area next to the road in front is inadequate and made us feel like kids sneaking a cigarette. We went off property on the beach also, but I'm told other resorts are more tolerant, as are the bars in San Miguel. We received a notice on our door that it smelled like smoke in the room, which we never do. Explained to the manager and that was the end of it, but making guests feel badly is not a good policy.

A big group of us stayed for a week and we had a wonderful time! The resort shows wear as it is older, but they do a great job keeping it clean. The seaweed is hard to keep up with on the beach but they do their best to haul it away. The magic show was incredible! The other nights of entertainment were okay. The drinks, food, and staff were great. I want to give a big shout-out to Enrique, Santos, Edwin, and Augustin who made our stay memorable and fun. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone considering booking. You won't regret it!
