Modern. Comfortable. Burrard Station entry is just across the street. All the major tourist services have a stop just outside the hotel. Close to shopping, a drug store, and several restaurants.

Overall, extremely comfortable rooms and excellent customer service in all areas. Squamish Connector pick up/ drop off from right outside was very convenient. Room and elevator security was unique. Only down side was that there was no 24/7 in room dining available.

I selected this hotel because they have a shuttle to Whistler, but I was blown away by how spacious our room was and the good view of the city. In addition, the concierge were polite and helpful, letting us store our bags before our check-in time. I'll probably be staying here on all future trips to Whistler.

Great location
Spacious, clean room in the Financial District. Easy access to the Sky Train and city buses. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Robson. A little pricy when we stayed, but so was everything else. All in all, happy with our choice and would stay again.

Street noise made it hard to sleep
The hotel was clean and lovely, but the street noise was unbearable. We were on the 20th floor but could hear the traffic, ambulances and outside noise.We could barely sleep. It doesn’t have to be this way. We have stayed at airport hotels where jets were coming and going, and couldn’t hear a thing. Perhaps soundproof windows could help.
