Fantastic stay at this property. It was clean, well equipped and local to lots of attractions and amenities. The only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is that the door keypad often required 3-4 attempts before opening even though the passcode was correct. Like I said, minor issue but should be addressed. 5 stars for this place for sure!

Clean room helpful staff. Very nice. There was some accessability issues but not insurmountable Checking in was a but confusing but staff appeared and sorted. 2nd floor is accessable to mall parking very handy.

Good communication overall. Clean kitchen and bathroom. The floors were not clean. The terrace was very dirty therefore we were not able to use it. And the pillows had a foul smell. I don’t think I would go back.

Location is the best feature here. 2 east blocks to the beach, fun food options as well as fine sing, a Mobi bike rack out front, a grocery in the basement, yet quiet and safe. The room was sparcely and cheaply furnished. Kitchen was fine, but handle falling off closet door, no lounge chair even though there was room for one, and NO DRESSER. We were there 9 days and would’ve liked to unpacked.

The property is in a brilliant location for exploring Vancouver, Stanley Park, Robson street shopping, etc. The beds are really comfortable and will leave you well rested after long days out walking and exploring. The suites are very well equipped with big fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, sink, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. Plus thoughtful extras like a white noise machine and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Ww didn't need or use them, but great to have as an option for those might want them. Our new favourite place to stay in Vancouver!

we were very happy with this property. The room was great, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. The best part was the location. We were very close to the park and we walked anlmost everywhere. Communication is tough because it’s all done on the app and it can get a bit annoying but other than that, it was great, parking is off property so be aware of that and it was basically $30 a day

Pros: Great location. Cons: Having to use an app to check-in and unlock your room door can be annoying, especially when it keeps logging out, and not being able to communicate with a human feels really impersonal. 4pm check-in is a bit ridiculous, especially for people arriving to town in the morning, although this seems fairly standard in Canada.

The room was excellent. It was large and spacious with comfortable bed. There was a small but well appointed kitchen. The bathroom was a good size with two towel racks, something most hotels seem to forget. The area was quite with only a small amount of traffic noise from Denman st, when out on the rooftop patio. plenty of restuarant and cafes nearby. It was a short walk to the waterfront and stanley park. I saw plenty of buses on Denman st, so public transport into downtown Vancouver wouldn't be an issue. For the price we paid, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Canada.

Buggy app. Hard to reach a human being. Walls incredibly thin, can hear other rooms easily. Garden-facing rooms suffer from lack of privacy, and garden work is also easily heard in the room. Will not come back. Not worth the $$$
