"Not too bad"
Not a plush place but is comfy and close to everything you need. Noisy on nights when entertaining is going on, but you expect that on weekends. Rooms are ok but chairs are not very comfy to sit in. Room service daily and staff are great and eager to help. Will definitely stay here again.

"Reasonable value"
One of the more affordable options in Glen Waverley. Close to the Vic Rehab Centre if visiting or needing to stay nearby. I had read some unfavourable reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

"Family of 4 visit Melb!"
Overall it was a lovely few days - in fact next year we will most likely stay at The Novotel in Glen Waverley for longer. Glen Waverley has certainly changed since we lived over east but the staff were exceptional and managed to meet our needs and showed us more respect than many of the 'other' guests who's values differ from the average Australian. We appreciated this as being surrounded by a large number of people who showed no respect for us or our children and on occasion wouldn't even let us out of the lift. Next time we would really appreciate a better view - rather than the one of the industrial roof line.

"Value for Money"
Enjoyed our stay here more than at many 4-5 star inner city hotels we have stayed at - we felt genuinely valued as guests. Excellent customer service, free, accessible parking and free internet. No flashy view or furnishings but clean, good size TV, heated/cooled and comfortable. Easy commute to the city by car or train. We felt it was good value for money.

"Comfortable & central to shopping centres"
Excellent customer service upon arrival, provided requests with very friendly attitude. Room was lovely and clean, set out was spacious, the bed was really comfortable. Just recently refurbished. Great value for 3 nights on special deal through Wotif. Room Service staff extremely friendly and polite inquiring daily if room needed servicing. We were given a room that was at the rear of the building, being lovely and quiet away from the traffic noise. We would definitely recommend this motel to our friends and will certainly stay there again when in Melbourne.

"Awesome apartments"
Checked into Quest Glen Waverley for 1 night in November 2015. I have stayed in previous Quests apartments throughout Queensland. I will always do research first to ensure there is a Quest available in the destinations that I am going to because they are my first preference over anything else when I travel. Reason for this is that the Quest apartments are very modern, spacious, clean with comfortable bedding. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work Quest on providing great accommodation and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
