My check in experience wasn't the best as I was checked in with the wrong name. I told the receptionist and showed her my receipt. I corrected the registration form but it wasn't corrected on the hotel system. When I went to the restaurant for dinner, my name was incorrect. I told the waiter again. It wasn't until the last night that I finally managed to have the registration corrected. There was no TV for the first day and night too. I didn't get an answer to my question as to why. The receptionist on the last night told me what the problem was. Also on Sunday morning, the power went off. I didn't report it to reception as it was only off for about 15 minutes. Once everything was working, the hotel was fine.
