Lovely hotel right across the street from the Riverwalk. There are plenty of dining options but the restaurant downstairs at this hotel has great food and drinks for breakfast lunch and dinner! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This will be my go to hotel when traveling to Chicago!

I wanted to highlight how well run this hotel is. The maintenance and housekeeping staff were meticulous. There was one situation where a staff member was taking out the garbage on the main floor infront of the elevators. He waited till everyone was in the elevator and the door closed before he took out the garbage bag from the garbage can. Very thoughtful and concerned for the guest experience.
