Need a clean bathroom

Over all I recommend this property. However bathroom was not clean which was only one bad point. Wall of the bathtub was covered by black algie fungus which can be cleaned by bleach and brushing to disinfect. This was only issued I had.

Good location & building - but bad smell

Location was great. The building was great and the gym was perfect. The apartment was well suited for 3 women on a weekend trip. The apartment was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately, there was a very strange smell in the apartment that got stronger as the stay continued. At first we thought it was cleaning products but later it seemed like the cleaning products may have been masking underlying issues or mildew. When we got home all of our clothes and bags smelled like it.

This was a lovely residential building. Our unit had excellent city views and was clean and well stocked. The building staff was polite and helpful. The Kasa communications were clear and helpful.

Kasa apartments are two blocks away from Magnificent mile street. It is a really nice area and there are a lot of attractions close by. We had a wonderful time!!

THIS WAS HANDS DOWN THE WORST HOTEL/WHATEVER I'VE EVER STAYED IN. Visible and smellable mold in bathroom, dirty underwear underneath the couch. Yuck. Communication is just terrible w/"virtual" concierge. Had no idea how to park/validate, and the black woman at the front (I'm black, too) wouldn't look up when I said Hello twice, then proceeded to scream at me when I asked how to check in. UGH. AVOID THIS PLACE. This is supposed to be better than a hotel? I think not.

Pretty much 5 star review across the board, but the 4 star was given as a view things in rental could be updated. The bedroom blinds where broken and would not close (which I made aware immediately and they were going to come to fix) wall by stove had spots of grease on it. The coffee table and couch could use updating as they have some wear and tear, but over all we made do and it did not ruin our stay. When I noticed that there was no Keurig when I got in the apartment after it said most units had it, I immediately asked and they were on it and found me one before the end of the night, so they were great with communication!

Mother Daughter trip

Nice location, nice kitchen and laundry was handy. Pull out bed was not comfortable at all, however after a request, Kasa provided a mattress topper which was much better. We had a couple of other maintenance issues but were resolved quickly. Kasa had very good communication and checked in with us daily and was very responsive when we contacted them. The room was well stocked with supplies to get us started.
