I called several times the front desk for a bottle of water, the gentleman and lady said they do not provide water, and market is closed, we will have to wait to the following day. Heater wasn’t working, they sent the technician in two days, we stayed there 4 days. What’s the point? I DO NOT remember any hotel I stayed at tha didn’t provide me a bottle of water. Lack of communication with the staff, horrible nothing but horrible

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly welcome. The check-in was fast and easy. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop was amazing and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Very pleased with our stay. From the beginning to the end, the customer service was amazing. Room very clean and modern as well as the bathroom.
