The heat wasn’t working when we got there. We had to call for extra blankets. There was No cold water, it was boiling hot. The bathtub backed up. They tried to reset the heat, but it didn’t work. We got back to our room at about midnight and called back down and then we had to change rooms. The second room was way smaller than the first room. The blinds were broken and didn’t move. The lamp was broken. There was no water pressure in the shower. The room was super hot. They had a maintenance guy come up and try to fix the heat and it worked for a little bit. The hotel regulated the thermostat during the daytime. We were there for 4 days and never got any housekeeping (they said you would get it every other day). We normally don’t complain this much, but this was pathetic. Excellent location and great breakfast buffet however! We did get a small refund.

The location is excellent. The availability of hot water at all times is very convenient for me. It would be even better if the breakfast selection were more varied. Parking in Chicago is really expensive.

The heater was broken and we had to go to a completely different hotel for a night. When we came back the next day we were placed into a different room and the heater was blowing cold air. it took 35+ minutes for them to fix it. Our trip was based off of this issue and we wasted a lot of time when we could’ve been out enjoying ourselves. it was extremely frustrating and stressful
