Claridge House is my favorite hotel to stay at in Chicago. Very boutiquey. Great location, and everyone is very nice and professional. And the Sushi by Bou restaurant is an absolute must!

Second time staying at this property, which I really like. Had some difficulty checking in and was told I hadn’t paid in advance, when I had. It was sorted eventually, but perhaps there were some training issues. I’d still come back. Good value, great location.

The hotel claimed the room had a queen bed when it obviously did not. They put weird tiny pillows on the bed to try to make it look bigger than it was, but you could barely fit your head on these strange square pillows.

Trevor greeted us warmly and handled our check in smoothly. The other staff we dealt with were all polite and professional. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is extremely well located to provide easy access to all parts of the city. All in all it was a fabulous stay.

The room was not clean. We couldn't find the remote. After looking under the bed we found the remote and cigarettes left behind. There was garbage laying on the floor behind the waste basket that was never cleaned up. We have stayed here before but were very disappointed this time.
