Clean comfortable room. Unwelcoming approach by staff at check in and at bar. Lift not working in the morning, no signs to service elevator. Front lobby is only place to sit for a drink in the evening.

Our room was somewhat small for a king at that price with no room for luggage etc.. we made it work but much smaller than most at that price. Usually there is more room for luggage and comfortable seating for two. But otherwise the room was very nice.

They have remodeled and its not so bohemian anymore, which was a disappointment. Still, very nice though.

I would say I’m a little disappointed that on the website it showed a pool and all the artwork and also the workout center. But when I arrived, everything was all closed off or nonexisting anymore. Otherwise it was a great stay. It was too cold to swim anyway, so it worked out

Delightful!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We really enjoyed our stay! The happy hour food menu didn’t really do it for us, the calamari was delish but the dipping sauce missed the mark. Margaritas were heavy on the sour mix. We ended up going to the local Tavern for dinner which was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The construction is basically finished and the rooms are lovely. Celebration is a fun area, perfect for a romantic evening!

Property is located in downtown Celebration. Convenient to theme parks, dining, and shopping. Has it's own quaint little area for dining and shopping. Hotel has been renovated. Rooms are a good size. Only downside we had was that the room was not ready at check in time. Luckily we had other family members staying there and were able to get ready for an event we needed to get to.

This is a place for people with small children as there’s nothing to do for adults except eat out. The restaurant was very disappointing as the only couple of tables inside put you basically in the lobby eating, weird. Their “Lakefront” should say pond front as it’s not a lake at all. The “king” room was tiny! There were a few other things as well. We checked out two days early, nuff said, right?

Not the experience we hoped for

The valet was attentive and very helpful. But, otherwise not a great experience. The ceiling fan in the room was squeaky. They only give you two bath towels and when I requested one extra we never received it. I could not get change for a twenty to tip. And, worst of all, the shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was a lot of hair in the drain.

My stay at the Inn at Celebration was a nightmare from the start. The road to the hotel was closed due to a festival, and when I called for directions, the staff had no idea how to help. I finally made it to the hotel only to find a fresh urine spot all over the toilet seat and floor in my room—absolutely disgusting. To add insult to injury, there was no hand soap and the shower gel was completely empty. I called the front desk to ask for soap and body wash, and was told that housekeeping had left for the day and that I'd have to wait until the morning. The next morning, I still didn’t receive any soap or body wash. It took me a total of FOUR calls before I finally got someone to address the issue. This place is clearly not up to standard when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find a better place to stay!
