This beautiful villa is built in a U-shape around a lush tropical garden and swimming pool. The villa has private entrance with a spacious lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom.

Following a staircase from the lounge will bring you up to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with large terrace. A second staircase will bring you to the roof terrace.

apart from the lounge there is a beautiful outdoor dining and seating area. this is also the location of one of the guest bedrooms. The two other guest bedrooms are situated on the right-hand side of the swimming pool, the guest bedrooms are separated from each other by a small garden.

Indoor living areas:

The lounge of the villa is furnished with comfortable sofas, floor-to-ceiling windows, a number of authentic Balinese/ Javanese antiques and other other beautiful art pieces , which perfectly complement the villa’s minimalist theme.

adjoining to the lounge is a separate kitchen with all modern convenience equipment, including a wine fridge.

Outdoor:

The poolside layout gives the villa a real luxury feel. Windows views are either to the pool or the tropical green foliage of the lush garden. There is a water feature in the outdoor dining area which provides a calming vibe all over the property.

The dark volcanic stone wall in the living and dinning space is striking, huge tropical leaves and gigantic painting featuring Japanese Koi Carps. This a perfect place to hang out with family and friends or for enjoying a meal at the dining table.

The private pool (15mX4M) has no lack of sun beds, a perfect way to enjoy your holiday. You’ll also enjoy a unrestricted view of both the ocean and the surrounding rice fields from the rooftop terrace on the second floor.

Master bedroom:

a modern interior design with floor-to-ceiling windows, this bedroom comes with a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, large flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a double rain shower and the same modern vibe as the master bedroom.

Guest bedrooms:

The three guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor neighboring the pool. All rooms are mirror images of each other and are furnished with a split king-size bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan. The guest bedrooms also come with large ensuite bathrooms, each with a rain shower and double vanity.

Please state in your inquiry if you'd require airport transfers. There's a transfer fee of IDR 350K one way for one car, to fit 4 people and luggage (surcharge of IDR 50K if the transfer is between 9pm - 7am). Fee payable to driver directly.
