The Western Hotel was a beautiful stay the workers. The concierge does always have a smile on your face. They took care of us respectful and I like that anything we needed they got for us. The hotel is well organized. The rooms are very clean decent I’m not like to feel like I’m at home when I come to a hotel like this and it was amazing. Thank you for having us in your hotel

We stayed at the hotel side (they have 2 sections: the hotel part, and the time share rooms). We arrived at 2 am, and our check in was fast. The staff was very polite and courteous. Lobby is nice and beautiful. Our room was big. We paid for a room with ocean view. Our view was a big window, but no balcony. The bathroom needs to be updated (looks very old). The bathtub had a yellowish color. The shower was very small, and we found hair in the shower and a razor cover. The towels had a grayish white color and stains. We contacted front desk, and immediately we were assigned to a different room. They sent somebody to take us to our new room. The new room bathroom still needs to be remodeled, but this one was clean. The new room was the same size of the first one, but this one had a balcony. The view was amazing (the room was right in front of the ocean). We were able to hear the soothing ocean/waves sounds. Property in general is awesome, but the rooms need some work.

The place was beautiful but I have to give a big shout out to the staff working there. Everyone that helped us was very friendly and always willing to listen to our needs. Expertly, the concierge Elario helped manage our interests and booked us a great excursion tour. Hotel wise, I do think the pools are great minus the fact that they close early but the most annoying part was only paying by card while on the resort. Cleanly rooms except the fact that there was no fan for the bathroom. Due to that issue there was an obvious buildup of mold. To end it off positively, we loved that they had some Mexican food items on the restaurant menus! But I would prefer more.

Our stay was amazing. Though not anything you could have done and very aware that it was out of your control - the seaweed and the smell was terrible. But the spa experience the servers the food and general ambience was excellent.

Un hotel muy familiar y seguro para ir con niños , buena limpieza y el personal muy amable, los precios en bebidas y platos que ofrecen los restaurantes muy sobre precio ,si consumes en el hotel preparate para pagar las cosas x3 :( . El buffet en la mañana hasta las 11am es lo mas económico y con mas variedad sobre unos $27.5 por persona. 4/5 ⭐ por los precios muy altos lo demas 👍

We love our stay here really convenient doing the Tour we were the first one to pick up and drop what we love uber pick up is really easy too close to a lot attractions the restaurants are rrally good and staff friendly and help our room was amazing
