We were not looking for an all inclusive experience. This Hotel was perfect. Great location, exceptional dynamic between the restaurants, pools and beach. Rooms were good, housekeeping great and the Westin Hotel vibe that we expected was there. Great time, great Hotel, great vacation! Thank you Cancun!

The resort restaurants were all very good and the staff was very courteous. The beach was gorgeous and very clean. Our room was generally comfortable except that one bed was very squeaky. Every movement was noisy. Beyond that, the remote to our TV only worked from a few inches in front of the TV, the floor seemed to not be swept every day as sand accumulated. But overall it was an excellent experience.

Room was in a completely different building in the back with no personality and the crappiest pathetic fountain outside. The employees inside sat at a desk and were cold and pretended you weren't there, they felt like security guards. Maintenance in my room for an hour without me asking for it or telling me they were going to be there. Atmosphere sucks. Food really sucks. Every interaction with staff seems transactional and they aren't friendly. They wouldn't let me work out because I was wearing crocs lol, I had to walk so far back to my hotel room. Location is the south of the hotel zone which is the worst. I could go on and on with how bad this place sucks. Literally go anywhere else, there are much better places this one is the worst of paradise.
