This was our first stay in Cancun! We loved it and will be back! The omelettes at breakfast were outstanding! All of the workers were friendly and accommodating! We also loved that it was a small resort! The Mediterranean design is beautiful too! Also loved the speakeasy!

We did not get the room we booked. We were there for my gf birthday and Valentine's day and we are both over 6'. booked King size ocean view and they made us stay in 2 doubles the first night. Other than that, the staff was nice and the food was good in the restaurants.

everything was great, the staff were all very nice. beautiful place to spend my birthday/valentine’s day vacation, the private plunge pool was worth every penny. i enjoyed being on the beach, the buffets were delicious, and the restaurants were very nice. i would definitely come back again! everything was every easy for my first time in mexico

The room was great but the plunge pool was cold. The food was terrible. Especially any beef dish or desert. The main swimming pool was so cold that most people would not go in. If you have disabilities or struggle walking or climbing stairs be very careful here. Many steps that are either too tall or difficult to traverse. Incredibly difficult getting in and out of the hot tubs. It was actually a shame as my wife and I actually enjoyed our stay. We were very conflicted about how beautiful it was yet quite terrible at the same time. We would return to Cancun but would not return to this resort. On a positive note, the staff was always friendly, hardworking and accommodating.

Room was great cuz we upgraded to beachside w mini pool! But food and alcohol were not great…impossible to get dinner reservations and quality was fair. Drinks were watered down. Staff was very friendly!

Very clean resort, friendly, food was good, beautiful beach. Only issue was with Expedia who stated we would have a balcony and we did not have one. Resort would not let us upgrade to one either. This makes me leery of booking with Expedia in the future.

The room was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that a lot of attention had been paid to the small details. The staff was professional and efficient. I also loved the little touches like extra towels and bottled water. The cleanliness of the common areas such as lobby and restrooms was also impressive with everything well maintained and tidy.
