Our rooms were excellent. We overlooked the pool and the sea which was lovely. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The beach area is sandy perfection with steps into the sea. There were never any issues getting sunbeds at the beach or at the pool. The gym was great and the free laundry facilities were a nice bonus as we were there for a few weeks. We were sorry to leave and hope to come back again.

Fantastic experience! We stayed at another resort prior to this one with a friends group that was far more expensive and not nearly as awesome as Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas was. The entire stay was nearly perfect from the moment we arrived. The only hiccup we had was the microwave wasn't working but they fixed that right away. The staff were fabulous and even the timeshare sales guy wasn't bad when we told him we really weren't interested. The bed was super comfy, the room was spotless, the beach was right there, and the location was great for a nice walk. There is a huge grocery store a short walk away with some incredible hot food options and bakery goodies. I would, without a doubt stay here again next time I am in Cancun. I can't say anything bad about the place. The only tiny thing that was wrong was remedied as quick as you could expect.

It’s actually the first time that an hotel honor what they promise for the VIP status on Expedia. We got there and they had a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us at our room. The staff was amazing Jhovani was really helpful, super attentive and nice. Plus the hotel is really nice.
