Beautifully located, great food and amenities. We woke up each morning and had our coffee on the beach wathcung the whales - we were there in Feb. Had some great meals and service. We also liked that it was nicely sized resort and pretty quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Our butlers Beto and Leo were friendly and ready to go above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. The room was gorgeous, with a large balcony that had lounge chairs, regular chairs, and a table. We were there for whale season, loving being able to watch so many whales from the comfort of our balcony. You can also walk along the private beach to watch whales or just enjoy the epic scenery. There are several restaurant options and 24-hour suite service. We also loved the spa so much that we had treatments 2 days in a row. I could go on about the staff, the sunsets, the pretty grounds, that it was tranquil and peaceful, upscale, etc. We used their transportation from and to the airport, which was super easy. We plan on returning next year!

Nice stay but not for a 1-day stay

Hard to get room service... room maintenance is terrible in terms of getting things done (room temperature; water temp for in-room pool). During express check-in they make you sit in this comfortable place on tower's 3rd floor... by the time you get to your room it is 5 PM, pool service is closed, and temperature starts dropping fast in front of the pacific. First day is non-existent. Check out is at 11 AM. So I do not recommend this place for 1-day stay at all.

This property was really peaceful with stunning views of the sunset. We enjoyed the spa and massages and our room overlooked the resort including the ocean. Now, during our stay there was a massive fly issue which we had to stay indoors during most times. We also loved the sand art around the property which made you feel culturally connected. We also took some amazing photos during our stay since I’m a professional photographer.

This is the best resort we have stayed at in Cabo. We upgraded to have the Towers room with butler service and it was definitely worth it. Our butler, Beto, was amazing! So, so helpful to have that service. The pools were great, the views were fantastic, and we saw probably 50 whales while we were there right off the coast. I cannot say enough great things about this resort. We also golfed at Quivera Golf Club while we were there and WOW - it was one of the most beautiful things I have seen. Worth the high dollar price tag. We also ate dinner at Quivera Steakhouse one night and I would say that was not worth the extra charge - stay at Pacifica and eat the spider roll at Pescados - so yummy!

For my first two days I thought this was a terrific resort in a beautiful location on the beach with two very large pools and several very nice restaurants. The staff was friendly and cheerful, the restaurants were comfortable and the food was excellent. It seemed perfect as a peaceful, beautiful place to relax and be pampered. Until the last day (a Friday) I thought everything about it was wonderful, but suddenly there was an annoying, loud, unavoidable “music trivia” game by the pool. It interrupted my reading (and presumably that of many other guests) and seemed so out of character from what I had experienced the first two days that I considered reducing my overall rating. It was a jarring experience, making me wonder how many of these there are and if I was just lucky the last two days. I couldn’t escape it, even in my room. Perhaps it’s just on weekends? The crowd also got much rowdier than it had been midweek. I did not encounter any up-charges (mentioned by other reviewers), and found all the included food and drinks to be just fine — but the loud, intrusive “game” that final day made me wonder whether to return. If not for that, this place is perfect.

We really enjoyed our time at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. We all agreed it was the best food at any all inclusive resort we’ve ever been to. The vibe was very laid back and quiet. If you’re looking for somewhere to party, this isn’t it. It would better be described as zen. The single annoying thing was that you have to make reservations at the restaurants for dinner, but you can also take a free shuttle up to Sunset Beach and eat there too without reservations at most restaurants. The Quivera golf course was fantastic and a huge perk of staying here to access it. Would definitely come back to the hotel and golf course.
