Quite Well Maintained Adults Only Getaway Spot!

Quite well maintained resort. Staff was friendly, rooms well maintained, and food choices excellent on property. Not sure the upcharges for the dinner spots outside Pacifica is worth it, but it does give you a safe way to see other resorts. Also don't like all the upcharges on an All Inclusive reservation, but you do have the option NOT to choose them. Butler's were nice and friendly, but not required at this resort in my opinion.

The service at this location is very good but the noisy guests next suite and the ones above did not let us sleep ok during our stay. The food options are limited and the quality is below average. Friendly staff and good managers are a plus. However, the noise and the low quality food are going to make you feel unhappy!

Unfortunately, there were a number of downsides to our stay. Many restaurants and bars were closed for renovations, which limited our dining options. The app for reservations is frustrating—you can make reservations, but you cannot cancel them through the app. We had to go to the concierge in person. To make matters worse, when we switched to the steakhouse, our Italian restaurant reservation wasn’t canceled correctly, and we were charged a $30 fee that the staff refused to remove. We also experienced no running water in our room for about an hour, and the staff’s response was simply, “we’re looking into it.” On top of that, the painted concrete floor in our room peeled constantly, sticking to our feet, and although someone was sent to look at it, nothing was fixed. We had to wear sandals inside the room. At checkout, the manager did nothing to resolve these issues or remove the incorrect $30 fee. The biggest disappointment was that this resort is not truly “all-inclusive.” Many things come with extra charges: the steakhouse was $48 per person, chef specials cost extra, quality wine and top-shelf liquor were additional, and the regular drinks were mediocre at best with poor mixers. Other issues included flies (especially in the heat), and when it rained, our boat trip was canceled. Getting a refund was a hassle—we had to go to another property twice because the staff didn’t know how to process it the first time. Overall: Pretty property/ but this is not an all-inclusive.
The Manager that did not show any customer service skills. Only spent time proving why it was our fault for the $30 missed reservation fee… even thought we spent over $300 in extra charges and tips.

The bedding was very worn with holes. Pools were very warm, not refreshing in the heat at all. Club house restaurants were very good. Room service was quick.

My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate her birthday and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!! Every staff member at this resort (even every other Pueblo Bonito resorts) were truly kind, helpful, and overall, their services were beyond 10/10. Always checking in on everyone, even after bringing food, drinks, etc. whether it’s by the pools, at the restaurants, or even the shuttles. The hospitality and service just can’t be matched anywhere else. There’s quite a few amenities and activities to do while you’re there, so make use of ALL of them, including the ability to visit each Pueblo Bonito resort for free with the shuttle services. You can literally go to all resorts and explore them, go to the pools, the restaurants, bars, etc! My girlfriend and I were stunned seeing how many places we could visit. As mentioned, we came for my girlfriend’s birthday. So a month before our arrival to the resort, I reached out to Pacifica to see if a birthday surprise could be done for her with room decorations, and they can literally do it all! Honourable mention goes out to Lucero Yazmin Torres (might have gotten the name wrong). This wonderful woman truly made our experience 100x better. She reached out to me personally to get all the info needed for the birthday decorations and made the process so seamless!

What an awesome experience to stay here for 5 nights. Everything about this resort was great except the Quivira Steakhouse. I will return to this resort in the future to experience the whale watching in the winter months(Jan.-March)

I didn’t like the lack of information regarding my all inclusive status. I was under the impression that my stay was all inclusive whit food and drinks, but that was not my experience. I was denied certain brands of alcohol and never told my package was limited. The brunch was limited with food options from my last visit.

The overall condition of the property was fair. However, as a VIP member I was not offered an upgrade, nor was I given the discount on my purchases onsite. Additionally, the guestroom we had contained inadequate and very uncomfortable seating in the room (it consisted of two dining table chairs and a small table, no sofa or chair to relax on.)

Beautiful property. Spectacular landscape.excellent service. Rooms are nice however bathroom could use more lighting. More all day dining options at Pacifica. Also more adult entertainment at Pacifica like karaoke and dancing. Lobby bar should be open at all times. Pool bar should stay open at night. More top shelf liquor options would be nice. Also some small bottles in the room would be nice. Turkey sausage at breakfast was turkey hot dogs not sausage!
