The Element was conveniently located with great ammenities. Having a stove top with numerous kitchen accessories was a great perk. The complementary breakfast was excellent with good hot and cold options and a nice sitting area. The only thing we had an issue with was the every-other-day house keeping option where we were forgotten on one day so our room was not cleaned or re-stocked. A call to the front desk fixed it up and house cleaning came on day 3.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect—very convenient for everything I needed. Amazing experience! Our children had a blast in the pool. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We had flown in and arrived to the hotel later in the day. Our baby needed milk to get to sleep after a long day of travel and we didn’t have time to make it to the grocery store so the front end staff directed us to the coffee bar and graciously offered us some. We were also upgraded to a bigger room to accommodate the crib which was another amazing step above and beyond. Thanks to all of their smiling staff for making our stay an incredible one! (Bedding was also a dream! My husband and I haven’t slept like that since before children!)
