Check in was at 3? Maybe 4. But we arrived at 4:10. Our room was not ready for another hour. We had some where to be. While we waited in the lounge there was no bar tender or food.

The check in process was great the guy at the front desk was friendly & helpful. Our fridge however did not work in our room & had leftover stuff in it from prior guests. I informed the woman at the front desk upon checking out but she didn’t seem phased.

When we checked into the room the shower was backed up with water and dirt. We asked for a different room because it was disgusting and smelled but they didn’t have another room available because they were fully booked.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were perfect. Small but we were only sleeping there. Stayed here for a get away weekend and Celtics game on Saturday night. Very close to TD Banknorth Garden. Walked everywhere. Dinner in Northend every night.

Excellent be aware of parking

The hotel was amazing. Very convenient to tb gardens. Only thing is be aware of parking is $40 per night. To be expected in city. Parking is a 4 min walk.
