Overall it has been lovely with a great view of the city and an amazing bed. But, the dining options were way expensive given the quality of the food. The staff person who checked me in was great but after that it was hard to find someone and the room phone appeared to not be working but they have it set to speaker option only. I think this fancy, expensive hotel needs a book with info on it ranging from the phone instructions to how to see the menu for room service. A QR code on the nite stand might not work for all guest.v

Normally have a great stay. This time our shower was dirty and not cleaned. We alerted the front desk. They did not do anything about it. We also did not have a phone in the room that worked so had to keep going all the way to the lobby to get something. Staff was not helpful at all.

great hotel! beyond easy access to the airport and check in is so fast I has to ask if I was all set. clean room, great food options! stayed one night for business and had an early flight back. the skybridge made it so easy to get to the airport.

Very pleasant staff Very very long lines at check-in because the hotel seems under-staffed. Other guests had problems with digital check-in, which confused the overall process because they jumped the line. Clearly, there needs to be one or two more staff on the welcome desk here.

Excellent location!

Conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. It offers shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. It has nice restaurants so no need to go back to Boston for dinner or breakfast before your flight. Super clean and great service!

Bed was not comfortable but was clean. Property is looking old like all Hilton hotels - going downhill. No wonder they try to squeeze money out of HGVC members and HH.

The ONLY issue we had here was a parking one. My daughter met us there to get the grandkids to us to bring home for 2 weeks. She parked there for less than 1 hour and was charged almost $50.00. Ridiculous
