Terrible experience with communication. Called multiple times and sent messages with no response. Led to unnecessary stress and insecurity about the booking. Requested a refund, but it was denied. Lack of customer support and unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

The actual accommodations were great and I had no issues with that. The service was curt from the get-go--I called with a question about the parking, and when he called back he was irritable sounding. I was in a work vehicle, unfamiliar to me and I was not aware it would not fit in the garage, so I asked him immediately upon check-in that night around 10 p.m. if I could cancel it and have the $10 I paid via PayPal refunded. No answer, which would not be unreasonable if their check-in instructions didn't explicitly state that check-in was until 11, which meant they should have been reachable that late. The message was read at some point before the next day but not answered. When I followed up on it the next evening, the response was that he "didn't feel like" asking the owner to refund it, and lectured me about not mentioning I had a truck and it should have been on me to know what I was driving. I explained, still politely, that I was not familiar with the vehicle and had never tried to get it into a garage and mentioned that I had tried to let him know right away. He then tried to blame me for another guest getting a ticket since they were not able to use the garage. I said that this was not my fault, and he then agreed to the refund but called me poor and asked me to never book with them again. Completely unprofessional and obnoxious behavior when I had been nothing but polite. So, full disclosure, it is a nice and comfy accommodation, but do not expect friendly service.

The property was very clean and well maintained with spacious showers and a tv in your room. There are fresh towels as well as a free continental breakfast. The location has many restaurants/convenient stores not far away as well. Definitely recommend

It is clean and comfortableand easy to check in. If I may suggest, the cleaning service better come after check out time (10am) because usually the guests was littering after check out. Additionally, the check out time can be extended into 11 AM as 10am is too early.

This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. This listing is presented on Hotels.com in a way that led us to believe it was a hotel-style accommodation. Only after booking did the host send a long PDF explaining that this is a private room in a shared apartment, along with numerous restrictive rules that were not clearly disclosed beforehand, including guest limitations, shared spaces, ID submission via WhatsApp, and restrictions regarding children. The most frustrating part is that the host’s own written policy states that if a guest booked by mistake thinking this was a hotel or private apartment, a full refund is allowed if the booking platform is contacted within a specific time window. Hotels.com was contacted within that window. Despite this, the host refused to honor their own policy. The host later agreed in writing on the Hotels.com platform to issue a partial refund, then reversed course and denied it entirely when Hotels.com attempted to process it. Communication from the host was dismissive and accusatory, showing no effort to understand the situation. Hotels.com acknowledged seeing the written agreement but provided no resolution, repeatedly deferring to the host and offering no meaningful support. Do not rely on the support of the host or Hotels.com if an issue arises. Research this property very carefully and understand that it is not a legal hotel before booking.
