The reservation was for a double room, what we received were two double beds, each with their own duvet pushed together but with a degree of freedom between them that any little movement created a space between the beds. If I had wanted a room with two single beds, I would have booked that. I booked a double bed, my booking atated I was to be provided with a double bed room but that was not the case upon accessing the room. If yoiu are not goping to provide what was booked, I should have been informed of this.

A wonderful place to stay with a rich history. The room was comfortable and clean. For a historic building , we were pleased by the very modern amenities with a large, updated walk in shower and international electrical outlets. It is very easy and quick to take the bus to the center of Dublin where most tourist sites are within walking distance. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood and close to the sea.

When I arrived the electricity was going in and out so they were working off of generators and the lifts were down. My room was on the 3rd floor so I wasn’t going to carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. I left my bags at the front desk and they said they would bring them up when the lift was working. I just arrived after a 12 hour flight and just wanted to relax but all of my stuff was at the front desk. I waited almost 2 hours and finally went down to check and the lift was working so I brought up my bags. The room was nice with a comfortable bed.
