The room was cold. The restaurant was freezing, and food luke warm. I should have sent it back. The staff and servicw was excellent.

Was out in town for a friends birthday, returned to the hotel at approximately 11.30, had a drink at the bar and went to bed. Noise from the room next to us was unreal, they were clearly arguing, until 5.30am and could hear every word being said! most unrelaxing stay i ever had at a hotel :(

Lovely overall
Lovely hotel. Very stylish and clean The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a delicious cocktail ('Bramble') in the bar. My only slight critisism is that there was no remote control for the TV in my room and you cant switch on the TV without it, so I called reception and they sent someone immediately to my room to deliver one, but unfortunately it didnt work properly so I couldn't scroll through the channels. I'm sure if I had called reception again, they would have remedied the situation but at that stage it very very late in the evening so I let it go. Its a minor critisism, but worth noting for the hotel staff to be a little tighter on the small details such as this.
