Comfy beds, noisy room, a bit shabby round the edg

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The lobby is lovely but the rooms are due a refresh in some areas. Marks on the walls, worn away pain and the silicone needs redoing in shower. We moved rooms after our first night as it was quite noise from outside delivery trucks early in the morning. The staff were very quick to help and our second night was much quieter. The extractor fan in both bathrooms did not work, and the drains had a bad smell to them. Both rooms had sogns of wear here and there but the bedding and towels were clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Again, the best front desk staff and concierge. The location is perfect for avoiding the busy city, good coffee shops nearby and the bus stops right outside. It's only a 20 minute walk into the city too, so we loved the location.

The staff members, from the dining managers and staff to the concierge to the bell hops to the baristas, were phenomenal! The location was great, very walkable to the cute neighborhood surrounding the hotel, as well as St. Stephen's Green, Merrion Square, the area by the canal, etc. The taxi stand right outside the hotel was also very convenient.

Comfy Stay, Quick Fixes, and Sweet AC!

We had a pretty good time at the hotel overall! There were a couple of minor hiccups with the bathroom at first – the tub drained super slow, and the shower panel leaked, making the floor all wet. But, huge props to them, they fixed it up the very next day while we were out exploring. The room was spotless, and the bed was seriously comfy. Plus, having AC was a lifesaver, especially since it was summer and not many places in the city have it!
