Check in and check out was flawless. The kitchen was sufficient for making meals on vacation. The washing machine and dishwasher controls seemed a bit cryptic, an internet search cleared most of that up. I had brought a couple of microfiber cloths to aid in kitchen clean up, I am glad I did because I didn't find one on the kitchen. We also didn't find a washcloth in the bathroom, back to the I am glad I brought some cloths. The bathroom shelf lent it self nicely to all of our party to place their toiletries out. The bed that I slept in (we were a party of three) was very comfortable. The lounge are was very nice for well lounging. We did not eat breakfast there as we cooked in. The coffee shop on the ground floor was good and we stopped in several times. The unit that we were in was the larger 2 bedroom suite.

There was no hot water in our room so we couldn’t take a shower in the morning. There seemed no way to contact reception without doing some online research and when I told the reception staff about the problem all we got was “very sorry to hear that. Bye.” Shame. It seemed like a nice place.

I was only in town one night due to a long layover. On this night they were repairing some pipes, so there was no hot water for a shower. It was supposed to be fixed before I checked out, but was not. The first room I was assigned had towels on the floor. Reassigned quickly, but that still leaves an impression that I feel goes against the image of this brand.
