I spent a lot of time walking to the south of the river actually - thats where the heart of Dublin is. Nonetheless, the hotel is pleasant and staff excellent. Breakfast - they could modify the bench to allow customers to access the coffee machines themselves - save themselves so much hassle in busy times. Rooms are quite pleasant and designed well which i enjoyed.

Is in great position unfortunately very loud at night until early hours of the morning! Room was quite small & shower very difficult to use could not regulate the temperature

The property was everything we expected – clean, well presented, check-in and check-out was flawless, etc., etc., etc. BUT – We had a problem with an envelope that had been couriered to the hotel for us in advance of our arrival. A misunderstanding resulted in the envelope being returned to the courier, which was a significant inconvenience to us. Very, very rarely in my 40-odd years of travelling have I come across anyone prepared to go to the lengths the Hotel did to get the situation resolved as efficiently as Dierdre and her team did. That’s the stuff we’ll remember and highlight if we ever have a chance to recommend a hotel in Dublin.

Modern, smart hotel. My room had an intelligent use of space and was naturally well lit (although you couldn’t open the window). Would have been squeeze for two with luggage though. Why do all hotels under-cater for luggage? Staff extremely helpful. Restaurant is excellent.

"We only stayed one night at the very end of our trip when we were thoroughly exhausted, but it was a nice place to stay for that last night.
