Great location. Porter was very rude. He insisted that he check me in but didn’t understand the room configurations and so I got the wrong room and a mouthful of attitude from him.

Very small rooms coffee cups were not clean put them out to.be changed over and they weren't brought back. The only time we were asked if everything was ok was when we checked out after 6 nights. On the upside its in a central location

Overall the property was awesome, however the room and bathroom was built for disabled people. The water in the shower was only slightly warm. So be careful what rooms you book. They tried to upgrade you by up to $60 per day.

The hotel property was very well located - 8 mins to St. Stephen’s Green and then 12 to Trinity. It was near some good shopping and food options - I appreciated how they held the luggage both before and after check in / check out.

One night in Dublin

Stayed here for last night of our trip, check in gave us one room initially but then we went to the room tried to unlock door it wouldn’t work went back and room had changed. Room was a lot smaller than expected. Room was clean, hotel was clean, they give discount for parking which is right across street. Walking distance to st Stephen’s green park and shopping center.

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing! The only problem was the shower wasn’t very hot, but it was our second time staying and highly recommend this hotel.

What a great place to stay! Even the basic king room was amazing, and we loved the size of the bed!! The inside of the hotel was quiet. The location is fantastic - the city is walkable from here to the river and almost everywhere you'd want to go is within a 15 min walk! If i had any criticism, it was that we were on the 1st floor and the construction noise outside was irksome first thing in the morning. Great hotel and great location!

The room and property was very clean. The main reason for the average rating was the lack of information. There was very little information anywhere and we had to ask where everything was. No information in the room for room service, no restaurant menu, no information on local attractions, fitness center, etc. I had to continually run down to the desk to ask questions. They only answered the front desk phone once out of about 10 calls.

Bad start made better after first night.

Room issued was Accessible Room and was small and uncomfortable. Spoke to desk next morning and was reassigned a proper room. Remainder of stay was great.
