Very nice

Clean, well-appointed room, very helpful staff. Best for seeing Dublin on foot or via public transit. Would not recommend driving to the hotel.

When we arrived to our rooms one had a dirty toilet and the other room had dirty bedding. Both issues were dealt with quickly. The room was small and the bed was under the window, so to look outside you would have to stand on the bed. The matress was hard and i did not find it comfortable. The staff were lovely and gelpful and the breakfast was the standard hot and cold buffet. The lication is very convenient to shops, sites and restaurants.

Great location just off of Stephens Green. Very friendly service at the front desk and restaurant/bar. Nice (but small) room. The only issue we had was with room cleaning, but I'm sure management knows about it and are working on it.

The hotel is in a great location. But 1) one of the elevators was out of commission the whole four days we were there, with no evidence of any evidence to fix it; and on of the others was flakey, often not ever responding to the call button; given the size of the place having only one reliable elevator was a realproblem, you had to wait for it forever sometimes. 2) when we tried to book breakfast at the front desk it took the fellow there twenty minutes to figure out how to do it; and then when we got to the breakfast the next morning they have no record of it, even though we'd already paid for it 3) our room was never serviced; we'd go find a cleaner and ask for stuff (clean towel, more pods for the coffee maker, etc). We never got them. 4) the lights were awful, the light in bathroom would go out repeatedly while taking a shower and you'd have to get out and wave your arms to get it back on again And all this for a room we had to pay 5 times the amount we spent for a nicer room in another part of Dublin.

The staff were so lovely, they even treated me to a "guest of honour" treat where I got free early check in and late check out and a free breakfast! The room was clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel. So centrally located and within minutes of walking to all attractions. We initially thought we would need to use the hop on/off buses, although the first day we were there we decided to walk around and realized that was not necessary. So glad that we saved that money.

Loved the hotel, it’s beautiful. The bar is great & the food in the restaurant was terrific. Everything is very clean. The only drawback is the noise from the surrounding bars & pubs. I knew it was going to be loud but I didn’t think it would be so loud that I couldn’t sleep. Not the fault of the hotel. Also, we booked a cosy double & it’s really cosy so I would recommend a larger room for 2 people.
