Beautiful hotel right in the center of the city. Very modern with all the amenities. The hotel staff was lovely and the room had everything we needed. The only slight complaint was the comforter on the bed was a bit heavy and ready for winter weather. My wife was hot.

The staff at this hotel missed opportunities to make our stay memorable in a good way. This is our 2nd stay at the hotel and we were there celebrating a special ocassion -something I made known on our reservation. 1. There was no acknowledgement of being a repeat guest nor the special ocassion we were celebrating - partly because checkin is done on our own at a kiosk. However, I did go to the reception desk to complete our checkin as I wanted to avail of the early check in which I « pre-ordered » for 30€ through one of the pre-arrival emails. The kiosk showed 40€, hence why I went to the reception desk but lo & behold, I was charged 45€ instead by the agent. At this point, one would think the agent would then see my notes and acknowledge our special occassion. 2. Upon arriving to the room, I immediately asked the housekeeper for 2 addtl floor mats. I already knew from my previous stay that I need more than 1 mat to soak up the water that tends to splash from the shower since the stall is open. Every day that they turned down the room, they took my 3 floor mats that Ive had to ask each day and just left me with 1. Perhaps I expected too much that housekeeping would note my preference for 3 flr mats - something other hotels would have noticed & noted. 2a. By the last night, our shower gel bottle was empty and it was not replenished & we couldn’t make a call bec there was no phone in our room - only some wires sticking out; & we were too exhausted to have to go back down to ask

Friendly and professional staff. Nice comfortable cozy rooms. The offered breakfast and dinner. Also, if you wanted to stay in. They had a nice bar. Perfect location were you can walk to shopping, transportation, restaurants, and attractions in 10 minutes.

Fire drill in the evening while we slept. Everyone stuck in the stairwells with no info or directions of what to do or where to go. Totally disorganized and not safe. Management offered a discount for our next stay…I think NOT.

Cozy king was cozy but we enjoyed the suite more

Stayed 2 nights. 1st night in a cozy king - it was small & the only way into the very comfortable king bed was from the bottom which was for a couple over a certain age not great. The staff was very helpful and fiymund us a suite for the 2nd night. For us it was perfect.

The property is set off from transportation unless you are getting a taxi or a shared ride. Dining was ok. We had a 8-10 minute walk to do excursions. The shower door was broken for 3 days, I had to request wash clothes and to have my bedding changed, I told them I would do it myself, because they only change linen every 3 days. It’s not a bad place but I would prefer something more convenient, transportation wise without having to walk so far8-10 minutes is a lot for some people. It wasn’t a bad stay but it just wasn’t what I wanted.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues (power outlets don’t work in our room, hair dryer also don’t work and we had hair in the shower walls when we arrived). However we did call an attendant for help with the hairdryer and the outlets and outlets. They couldn’t fix the plugs but gave us free breakfast. Over all good stay.

Location is prime and close to shopping, restaurants and major attractions. Walkable. Checkin personnel was rude the first day and he was also our checkout guy. Other staff at the desk, the five days we were there were very helpful and friendly. Room cleaning was ok and had to put in reminders. Food service at the premise restaurant was slow but they did take care of us with free dessert for the late order delivery. Breakfast selection was ample and we enjoyed that everyday.

It's a decent hotel and it's in a great location, but the way they they structure the hotel is very unusual. I had a room that I couldn't open the window blinds the whole time because people walking down the hall from the elevator could look right into my room

Good area to see shops and nightlife. Staff was very friendly but you have to request room cleaning by 10am. On one occasion we requested a room clean on time to find that our room was not cleaned when we got back that evening.
