Great location and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was a bit small and the washroom had no fan nor a door lock. The beds are really unique looking and spacious. They’re flush with the wall and are quite comfortable. One issue with them though is that there is no bedside table. I had to have my CPAP sitting in the window sill behind my head with the cord running down the bed which tells me the room itself is not accessible for special needs such as this.

Pros. Good location, Excellent breakfast,Comfortable mattress,Pleasant staff. Cons. Most poorly designed room I’ve ever seen. You have climb in and out of bed from the end. Small and stuffy. AC turns off automatically every 2 hours. Only one chair. This is not an inexpensive hotel. I was expecting a much nicer room for the price. Poor lunch and dinner menu in the restaurant. It was our first time in Dublin but compared to other hotels I’ve stayed I would say it was overall very poor value.j

Outside area was not clean and some of the people around were questionable. When you walk into the hotel it was inviting and clean. You use a kiosk to check in. A staff member will assist if needed. Our room was small, not a lot of room for two people and luggage. Our bed was horrible. One of the worst beds during our entire trip. We asked to switch rooms due to the bed. That was not an option. When you sat on the bed you could literally feel the springs. They did bring us a bed topper. It was filthy with what looked like pee stains all over it. It was gross!! They did have breakfast available for an extra fee.

Super hotel great location

The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Dublin. There is a car park directly across the street and a short two minute walk to the shops. Our room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The air conditioner turning off in the middle of the night made it difficult to sleep because the room got too warm. Leaving the AC on all night instead of the automatic off would be better.
