Clean room. Staff was nice. However if you make a modification to your reservation they will tell you that you’re all set, but will still charge you the initial full price. We changed our stay from 3 days to 2. They’ll smile to your face but will refuse to issue refunds after telling you everything is fine. We will not be staying here again.

Excellent! Our room was large and clear, our bed was comfortable, our bathroom was modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is a large premium hotel in a park-like setting, located about 20-minutes walk to the village of Dalkey.

My husband and I booked a sea view room for a week. The check in process was easy and smooth. Our room was a smaller size but had a nice balcony and view of the sea. The bathroom is very small - only one of us could comfortably be in there at a time. The housekeeping kept the room stocked with coffee and water when service requested. There is a pickle ball court on site which people play until 9-10pm which can be heard from the room if you have your window open. There is also a club on site for people to have their fitness classes which makes the parking lot fill up quickly. I did not think to check but the hotel does not have A/C - heat only. Made the room hot at night even in October.

Such a phenomenal staff and great environment to be highly recommended to anyone staying in the area! From checking in with Andrea, who made sure we had everything we needed to the from desk ladies Ella & (sorry forgot the other lovely gal ) who made our stay so nice, as well as even helped plan out our daily day trips ! Breakfast during the week starts at 7:00. For some reason weekends are at 8:00. Had a stair leading into the narrow tub/shower. Food was very good. Nice variety. Staff was helpful and friendly.

For the most part staff was good. There seems to be an issue with Americans. Some staff were nice but clearly some didn’t want to help or were annoyed. First time in Ireland so maybe this is normal. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t go back. Food was great and a 15min walk to the dart(train) and a 30minute train ride to down town Dublin is great! Runs every 15min till 2330.

Beautiful Stay!!!

This is a very beautiful and clean hotel in a super nice area! Also has amazing restaurants on site and is walking distance to a park with amazing views! Our room was lovely and very comfortable.
