Very much doesn't live up to the pics and rating. they have really cheap adhesive vinyl flooring in the halls and rooms. makes it feel super cheap. we had a room with a large balcony.....which is locked and can't be used for 'security reasons'. breakfast was good but super crowded. most of the staff are spanish (I think RIU is a spanish chain) and seem to have a less hospitable approach to hospitality than one would expect in an irish hotel.

Giod location, clean modern room. Staff all very friendly. However, room did have design flaws. It had a window from the bathroom to the room, so anytime anyone went to the bathroom at night, it lit the whole room and woke the others up. Only one side of the main bed had a socket so i couldn't charge my phone at night. No hairdryer in the room. We were on the C floor - getting to reception having to take 2 lifts was a hassle.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff are beyond polite and professional— they go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of from the moment you arrive. Would stay again. Room was clean and large, and the breakfast was tasty each morning.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve any issues that arose. The rooms were beautiful, with most having been renovated; however, some on the first floor still featured the old style. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the host was always friendly and kind. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the area. Thank you again for the wonderful week!

Firstly Lucia at front desk was AMAZING! She was friendly, professional and pleasant. Our initial room 2265, was big but at 5am I heard the garbage and delivery trucks and the gritting of the wheelie bins. We got moved to a room on the 3rd floor as Lucia made it an easy transition. The hotel is excellently located and the very clean. Hotel bar is great too and all staff working here are extremely pleasant. I would recommend.

We had a great stay. This is the second time we booked the Gresham and we were not disappointed. Staff, accommodation ,food were all excellent. The location is great too with Luas Tram ourside the front door. The only minor issue was the corridor the room was on, tended to be a little noisey with people returing/ leaving their rooms. Perhaps a sign up reminding residents to be respectful of other guests sleeping wouldnt go a miss.
