Lovely room, lovely hotel but the lack of carpet in the room and corridors is bizarre. It makes the floor very cold in the room and the corridors very loud. Apart from that it was great

First night, the room temperature couldn’t keep up with the coldness outside, so room was cold all night until the morning. The temp started going up so 2nd night wasn’t bad. Shower drain wasn’t great, we called and the staff answered very promptly. Great property, friendly and helpful staff and very good breakfast buffet!
