Love staying here, great value and great location. Breakfast is brilliant too. Highly recommended for anyone who is visiting Dublin. Make sure you head into clondalkin village for a few drinks too!

The room was clean and tidy! However there was no fitted sheet, so the flat sheet kept moving and show bare mattress. This meant we would wake up on bare mattress! But the staff were lovely. Just need to start using fitted sheets! xxx

The first two nights were a perfect 10. Last night was full of screaming children, slamming doors, and then, when they finally quieted down enough that I could sleep, the fire alarms went off. Aside from last night, everything was awesome.

We booked the deluxe family room. I contacted the hotel to let them know we would be arriving later in the evening and asked for a cot to be ready for a baby as we were travelling all day. I did not recieve a response but could see it on the booking that a cot would be included. We arrived approx 8.30pm with 3 small kids, had our online check in done so collected our key from the reception desk and went to our room. We got in to the room and were unpacking and just settled when we noticed another guests clothes out on a chair and an open suitcase. We immediately repacked and reported it to reception. We went back and were then told our actual room was ready. Back up again with all the bags to find a room with no cot and 3 pillows for 5 people. The bed was rock hard, the fold out sofa was shocking even for a small child but at that stage we just needed to get to bed. Room was very draughty overnight and we got no sleep really. Breakfast the next morning was excellent. Unfortunate about the rest. I think the fact that these are labelled ‘deluxe’ family rooms is quite misleading. I usually never leave feedback but in this case our experience was so poor I felt the need to.

Room was outdated and grubby. The beds were clean, but everything else needed a good clean, and loads of stains on the carpet. There were 5 of us, and there were only 3 bottles of water and 3 towels, so had to ask for more but staff were great and brought up what we needed quickly. The cafe, restaurant and bar were great, all clean and breakfast was very good.
