Wonderful location and it was very nice to have the kitchenette. Super walkable! The bed and pillows were VERY firm- just a warning for anyone who doesn’t tolerate that well (I had difficulty sleeping). The only downside is that they don’t service the room daily, which we would have preferred.

First room we got there was a hair on the pillowcase and when we pulled the sheets back we found another long hair under the sheets so we requested another room. Rooms were very dark and basement like. Kitchen was nice and furniture was newer. Very close to downtown popular bars and shopping which was nice. We felt like we were price gouged because of the Steelers football game. Way too much for the room. That is disheartening. We paid over three times the normal price per night for a room. Also, they had no housekeeping and you literally had to go to the front desk for toilet paper and towels. Front desk people were nice but I feel as though we are owed money for doing our own housekeeping and money back for being price gouged.

Loved the hotel common areas. Very trendy! Close to everything. Room was cute spacious. At least my room needed maintenance though. The towel warmer wasn’t working and if there was a special way to get it working other then the bottom then they should have had instructions. One of the beds underneath were Broken the boards were sticking out from the bottom, any cleaning person would have noticed . The left side of sink (hot side) didn’t work at all and made a chugging sound when you tried to used it. The cleaning person definitely half a*s cleaned cause one of the beds was made with all the layers and the other bed was not missing the throw blanket and big stain on the upper part of the sheet. Coffee place was awesome, great drinks very friendly staff. Great location to the temple bar it was like a three minute walk just over the penny bridge. If the maintenance issues were non existent a five stars would have definitely been a thing. I just was disappointed that our room wasn’t throughly looked over . Having a little kitchenette was great for our short stay. Loved having the washer/dryer unit worked very well and dried hot enough to dry quickly. Hotel was very clean otherwise. The common areas was a five star very cool , trendy and clean. Nice staff at reception.

Great location! Easy to hop over the Hapenny bridge and be in the heart of Temple Bar. One word of advice...this is a little more apartment than hotel. No front desk staff (communication is via What's App) and towels/linens room cleaning etc is only done every 4 days (although they will bring fresh towels if you message them). Not bad, we were just surprised

Don’t know whose fault it was, mine, hotels.com or Zanzibar but the picture was misleading. I thought the room I booked had a hot plate, but it didn’t; it had a nice oven/microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Would have liked more dishes. Great location. Great secure wifi. Great shower. Very close to Marks & Spencer’s food hall & other attractions. Great staff, thanks to Sylvia & Kirstie for all your assistance. Nice coffee shop.

This property was exactly what we needed. The staff was helpful and accommodating. It would have been great if there was a restaurant/bar attached, but that would not stop of from staying here again.
