This hotel was perfectly located in Dublin. It was clean and the staff were great. We enjoyed the bar and met people from all over the world. Kitchen was not as well-stocked as other places we’ve stayed but was adequate. The washer/dryer combo was terrible. It was tiny and a wash load took at least 2 hours. The dry cycle took HOURS. The extra cost for a room with laundry was not worth it. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

Most of the staff was extrememy helpful. Nothing was too much. The original room we were given was noisy but was changed without fuss. When breakfast was late we were offered extra coffee/pastries as apology for the delay

Hotel doesn’t provide turnover service. Every time we turned on the tap, sinks make loud noise (waking up others who may be sleeping). Hotel didn’t provide moisturizer and no fresh towels unless requested. Walkable area - but it’s loud at night. Overall, pretty disappointing hotel to stay at. Hardly any amenities or services.

We loved this hotel. It was so comfortable, the appliances were great and the bathroom was brilliant. The sound proofing in the room was fab, and the layout of the room made it feel bigger. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
