Nice setting of course but I was given a room (14) which overlooked building works during the day, and suffered traffic - including siren - noise during the night. Added to this disruption, the kitchen had no pots or pans to cook with, and not even a microwave bowl to use the microwave, which essentially rendered kitchen useless.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I am delighted to hear you appreciated the nice setting of our accommodations. I am sorry to hear you experienced some noise issues during your stay. Unfortunately, our central location unfortunately means that at times some street noise is unavoidable. However, I understand this must have caused you some discomfort and I apologise for this. Our accommodation advertises light kitchenette facilities for tea/coffee making and microwave use. Due to the nature of the accommodation, we do not provide pots and pans for short-stay guests. Warm regards, Kind regards,

Nice to stay in, but very basic accommodation (think your old childhood bedroom). Location shows as close to Temple Bar area, but is actually 10-15 min walk further west (has to be walked inside the uni campus at night time). Access was limited in the evening as there was only one gate accessible, with security guards to check access. On the plus side, new towels and toiletries ever day, access to a kitchen (no pots though).

Dear Guest. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Due to our central location we take extra steps to ensure the safety and security of our guests on campus and this means restricting access to the general public in the evenings. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back soon! Warm regards,

Great location, budget but fine.

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Specific directions to office, eg for taxis.
Location: Walking distance to central Dublin. Historical campus and Book of Kells on your doorstep.
Great central location in a historical and interesting spot. Budget accommodation but clean and comfortable. Best part was lovely staff. Special shoutout to the student staff member Sean, who helped us with luggage and finding our way.

You get what you pay for.

Staying there for a couple of nights as a single person on a budget was perfect, close to temple bar and public transport. Very no frills accomodation.
