Beautiful hotel and very nice helpful staff. Stayed in a King Club Room and the view was a brick wall however, the room was huge and on low floor as requested so I didn’t mind. I could hear the trains a bit but I can honestly say it’s the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in so the noise didn’t keep me awake. Well stocked Spar shop next door and a takeaway, few pubs and the Luas all on the doorstep. 5 mins walk to the Busaras bus station annd Epic Museum and 10 mins walk to the waterfront and O’Connell Street. The only thing that let the hotel down was the toiletries as I had to go out and buy my own. The toilet roll was cheap, no hair conditioner and the shower gel was that strong tingly style. Would stay here again.

Stayed for two nights and the bedroom was unbearably hot making sleeping difficult and time spent there uncomfortable. Raised this with reception staff who advised that maintenance would look at the aircon unit but this made no difference at all (likewise the fan we were given to use).

Looks nice but poor sound proofing

The hotel location is very central, staff were friendly and helpful. The reception area is nice and the room assigned to us was aesthetically pleasing. Main reason for my lower rating is poor sound insulation. You could hear everything in the corridors and the water pipes which made it very difficult to sleep.

Lovely hotel located directly opposite Connolly station. Room was spacious and the lobby was welcoming. The property is a bit of a walk away from the main attractions and nearby dining options are very limited (but the hotel has a restaurant).
