The staff aren’t very helpful with inquiries. The bathroom floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned with clumps of hair, debris and splatters of bodily fluids around the toilet. The dogs are constantly barking in the residential units directly behind the building.

A helpful and friendly staff. The hotel restuarant food is OK , but anything special. The hotel rates is too high for the quality and location. When I checked out at the hotel I asked for a print out for the my bill, I told I need to reach out to Expedia to the see the bill. i still cant find my bill on Expedia. i paid $2.000 (plus) for this hotel. Why is so difficult to view by bill?

unfortunately, we were just above the entrance to the hotel in the suite and every time the automatic doors open there was a noise that came up through the ceiling and into our room, which is very annoying. The Windows could probably use a cleaning too.
