The location is great close to Grafton street. Hotel is clean and modern. My only suggestion is to have some sort of food options.

Rooms were small but nicely decorated. Service was SUPERB. One example: my sister asked for a Manhattan, but the bartender didn’t know how to make it. The next night, he had studied how to make it and made her an excellent cocktail. Area around the hotel was quiet, but close to a fun area with tons of great restaurants and bars.

Great hotel. Close to everything and nicely decorated. We arrived early and they let us check in immediately. Lovely service from everyone there. Room was lovely, spotless and had the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in during my four week holiday. If you’re a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs as there can be a bit of noise from the street… however it didn’t bother me at all. Would happily stay here again.

Decent location just outside main hustle and bustle areas. Have to pay for parking, even though discounted, and was a little hard to figure out at first. 10 minute walk to Temple Bar district, the Castle, etc so easily accessible. The couple night we were there the bar was totally empty which was disappointing, and the continental breakfast was only ok compared to all the other places we stayed. Overall its a nice place.

The room was very hot and the AC did not cool it down. Even though the hotel acknowledged it was warm in my room, they did not override the lock on the temp which would have allowed me to turn up the AC. In my room, the hot water was slow to come. Friends in another room did not have the water issue.

Wonderful stay

Such a lovely stay! The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Location was excellent and within walking distance to many of the sites we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The showerhead and the mattress for the bed were some things that really helped make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We loved how quiet it was in the room and were able to sleep very soundly. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel, very nice artwork and staff was very helpful. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was that the windows were thin, so we could hear all the street noise from our room.
