Great location, triple room was good, bathroom hand basin definitely needs to be bigger…it is a tiny powder room size basin. Breakfast buffet extremely good…fresh fruit, cooked buffet. Staff great…would stay here again.

The hotel is great! Attentive, good restaurant, great staff. However the area where the hotel is located is ground zero for heavy duty partying, noise and trash. I was on the street side, so when booking ask for the back.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our first visit to Dublin. It was conveniently located near the airport bus drop off and other public transportation. It's also in the heart of the Temple Bar night life area for restaurants and pubs. And it is very walkable to all the city center locations. The room was clean and adequately sized for two. There was a friendly guard at the security desk 24/7 right inside the front door who made us feel safe and helped with baggage and directions. The front desk staff (check-in desk, lounge & restaurant are downstairs) were friendly and always available. We had a room in the back but still heard morning and evening noises, and the adjacent casino announcer :) It was reasonably priced and we'd stay here again if we travel back.

Best kept secret in Temple Bar!

We loved this hotel and staff. Room was clean, bathroom renovated, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Staff loaned me a converter for my electronics, I forgot mine; I did return it at checkout. I needed to put something in my daughter's room, they were out in the pubs and I wasn't going to see her before we left. The staff verified my relationship by asking questions that only someone traveling with her would know and once satisfied escorted me to her room so I come complete my dropoff. Otherwise they would have had to wake us up when they got in and we had a very early morning the next day. They were so pleasant at check-in giving us a map and marking places we might be interested in seeing; also giving good directions. Last unexpected perk was a umbrella stand full of umbrellas to borrow. We took advantage of that too. The location is great and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and sites within walking distance. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Great job!

Great location noisy room

Extremely noisy room, continued all through the week every night. No room to unpack anything as no drawers or shelves. Water pressure in shower was useless but apart from that great location for everything on your doorstep

Bathroom was massive!!!! As big as the bedroom. Then noticed all the handrails and seat under the shower. The sink was about knee height! Great facilities if you're a wheelchair user but bit awkward if you're not.
