We stayed here the night before our flight back to the US. It was perfect place to return our rental car the night before, take the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and then take the shuttle back to the airport the next day. Our flight was delayed, but the lobby was spacious and comfortable for us to order food and relax until it was time to go to the airport.

I like that the check-in was quick and easy and the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I dislike the arrangement of the parking and having to pay for parking. I was told that it was included in my reservation and when I checked out, it was not included, and they would not validate the ticket.

We checked in at 10 pm; there was a stand with snacks, but it was unattended; we asked for help, but nobody came; only option left for dinner was room service, which was terrible: pizza brought in cold and soggy; 2 bottles of beer brought in and left unopened; we had to figure out a way to open them; no paper plates, no silverware, not even tissue. Overall a bad experience.

Great for accessing the airport. However, found staff to be unfriendly and rude in how they spoke to guests / answered questions - like you were bothering them. Also, if you’re there in the summer prepare to sleep in a hellscape - rooms were unbearably hot and a small is all that is provided for rooms that are not executive rooms.

I wish we could have stayed longer but overall this was a wonderful hotel and I would absolutely stay again. The airport shuttle was free and very convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful. The property was well kept.

Great hotel, facilities and staff! However, a word of caution. You may prefer to allow up to 40 minutes for your shuttle to/from the airport. I took the shuttle on six occasions over two separate stays within a week. Twice I waited almost 30 minutes and then another 10 minutes on top of that for the actual journey time. The other four times the shuttle time took anywhere between 20 snd 30 minutes max, the duration the hotel staff advise you to plan for.

I don’t understand what they intended when they said “upgrade “. There was nothing in the room to indicate that. The beds were okay. We asked for a clean towel and I had to go find the housekeeping. They were in the utility room eating and laughing and said they had forgotten. The air conditioning was broken the whole time. It was rhe worse night sleep of my whole trip
