I stayed in a lot of different accommodations (3 different hotels, a B&B, and a VRBO) during my trip to Ireland, and this was one of the least impressive. For a large hotel, refreshments in the room were limited (no water, unlike every other place I stayed, and terrible instant coffee). The shuttle I took from the airport to the hotel took forever. I was one of the last people to get on, and we sat there for over 15 minutes, even after another bus from the same hotel pulled up. Fortunately the trip back to the airport was much more efficient.

We stayed in this property because of its proximity to the Dublin airport. The shuttle was easy to use and left on a regular basis. The service at this hotel was poor… it was geared toward self service. Parking was difficult as the lot was packed. Unloading luggage was difficult as there were no trolleys nearby and there were several doors that required key access that made it hard to get through with luggage. We were exhausted by the time we made it to our rooms.

HORRIBLE. Charged me 4x the normal average rate (for no specific reason) which could have been fine if there even remotely any associated value. The condition, service, cleanliness and food were atrocious - ripped towels, moldy bathroom, staff cleaning supplies everywhere, no air conditioning, noisy, inedible restaurant food and the list goes on. Honestly, sleep on the airport floor instead.

The room was very clean and comfortable but pretty hot. The staff was helpful and answered question but was not friendly like the rest of the island. There was no AC and the employees were smoking just below our floor and making noise so we had to close the window to an already hot room. Finally, the property is more interested in making parking revenue than hotel guests. There was no designated place to park and unload and the parking lot was a total mess. Otherwise the property has good bones. Just needs a lesson in hospitality.

Having three beds for our family of four rather than a camp cot was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Loved that option. The bar restaurant and breakfast buffet had exceptional food. Very close to the airport which was convenient but made sleeping with window open not an option. There are plug in fans in the room which helped to keep things cooler when window was closed. We will definitely be back.
