Hotel put us on the 1st floor that required us to go down 7 steps to get to the part of the hotel where I room was - the was the ONLY floor that required this. I complained and they moved us to the 7th floor in the VERY LAST ROOM on a corridor that was at least a 300-foot walk! Room had wallpaper pulling away from wall, you had to close bathroom door to get to toilet and it was really dark

We had a handicap room due to an issue with my wife; unfortunately this room was located just above the ground floor (it was on the first floor and was the first room in the open hallway) to the noise generated in the lobby bars, the check In/out area, and the entrance to the hotel. The noise was noticed.
