Don't come if you're actually wanting to sleep. I was here on a Saturday night and could hear music thumping, cars revving and about 150 noisy revellers waiting outside the nightclub across the road, outside my window. When I asked reception if there was another room I could move to they responded "They'll be quiet in the morning."

Was lovely and convenient in the city. Clean property and easy to find. Only issue was lack of parking but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay !

Mini bar doesn't exist. No munchies,. With coffee/tea. Still waiting for the remote for the airconditioning to arrive. (Now 8.21 am the next morning

Dear Andy, Sorry to hear of your stay not meeting your expectations. Will discuss with my team the lack of attention to replace your air-conditioning remote control. That does seem odd. With regard to mini bar, during the pandemic, all mini bar items were removed for health reasons. As we are not quite out of the woods yet, we'll look at reviving items for minibars hopefully in the very near future. Sincerely, Peter
