The food was not food sage for breakfast. Cross contamination of sausage and eggs. Eggs and sausage was frozen and was told to cook it in the microwave ironically they had both sausage and frozen eggs in a warmer that was not on. They wouldnt accomadate me putting a 400$ damage deposit down and then using that money from my damapge deposit to pay for my 333$ stay. The new hire i forget her name was soo kind shes a single mother and she really did her best to empathize with me.. the older manager not sure her name but it wass friday night.. could not of cared less about empathizing or even try to have a paradoxical/agile thinking process within their process to give me a great customer experience.. it really made me feel devalued as a customer/human being. Thank you to the young new hire.. shes a keeper sure.. i am a assistant store manager and i go above and beyond every day to value people and truly see them and understand and not just about the money thats in there pocket. I hope this feedback helps change the experience of your potential customers.. they are guests.. please treat them as you would a friend or family member coming to your home.. please spread peace, love, joy and harmony everyday. Thank you for what i did recieve within your service. The hot tub was a blessing and so was the cleanliness.
