The staff was ok, the rooms were very dated. Most of my outlets were not functional. We arrived early only room available was on the first floor. We agreed to wait for a room on a higher floor. When we came back again we were offered a first floor room. There were no notes of previous conversations about preferences.

The evening staff was excellent. They helped us find a parking spot for our big truck and then helped us carry in our luggage. So kind! Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and quite large.

My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary. We spent a week with these wonderful people and the room was spotless. It faced the mountains, was large and well appointed. The service was the best with kind caring staff. The Mexican food was tasty and inexpensive with our 15% off as guests at the hotel.
