"Great view from balcony, comfy room, clean."
Great overall experience and great to be able to walk out the door and around the water front. Did I mention the superb views from the balcony of our very comfortable room. We watched boats come in and out from the ferry building while eating a great room service lunch on our balcony. However, despite a great lunch the high tea the same afternoon in the downstairs bar was terrible - a couple of items were freshly made and ok but over half the items were stale and/or tasteless - the worst high tea I have ever had (and I have high tea a lot!)

"roomy and quiet"
we, my husband and i , were here for 4 days i didnt hear one door slam, toilets flush, or noises thru walls. no morning vaccum cleaner or trolley noise., and quiet air conditioner. we had a king size bed, firm but sleepable, hot strong shower, more so in the swimming pool area, generous sized room. Taxis parked at courtyard everyday for avalability. Breakfast on the only morning was a mess, Gluten free toast requested. 25 minutes later after 3 inquries it arrived, the table next to us were in the same situation and she gave up in the end, the tablewaitress was very apologetic , the kitchen seemed to be the problem. standard buffet fare, luke warm cooked food presentation.$ 31.per head.

"Nice hotel. Close to CBD and the Arena"
Good experience and pleased with the state of the room. Had a pleasant smell. stayed there Because going to a show at the Vector Arena which is a short walk away. Parking building was a few minutes walk away. Very handy. Comfortable bed. Quiet room with no outside noise coming into the room. Would have been nice to have had a tablet of soap for the hand basin and shower instead of the liquid soap which in the shower was hard to get a lather with. Breakfast was expensive for what we got. I had a black coffee which did not taste so good. Only drank half of the cup. However I would stay there again

"Car park "
We got charged $62 to park our car over night in the Wilson car park underneath the hotel. We were not told that the over night rate stopped at 6am. So we would of had to leave before then. That's is the most expensive car park I've used. This fact would put me off staying here again. You would think that the hotel & Wilson's could arrange something better.
