Staff was very nice and polite. Housekeeping was great, we had a suite with 6 people staying in it, coming back to the room everyday with the towels changed out was great. Walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot made getting back and forth to the park every day very easy. The complimentary coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very spacious and the kids having their own bunk bed was a plus! The staff was very nice and professional. The walk isn’t that long to Disney and close to stores and dining. The breakfast was okay only cause it was being remodeled. I’m sure once it’s up and going it will be perfect. Still appreciated them offering cereal and donuts with drinks! Would definitely stay here again!

Being honest we was very disappointed about our stay! Breakfast was the reason why we chose your hotel because your expansive food choices for breakfast and laundry on site. We didn't expect paying extra money from our pocket for breakfast and description on website was inaccurate. And to carry the laundry far away to wash We brought big group for 9 days and everyone is very upset to being misinformed

We are already committed to the hotel but I wouldn’t stay again. I’ll start with the positives… The front staff was great at check in. There is a free shuttle to Disney maybe half a mile from park. Our room had a funny smell, no basic things like a blow dryer, the water takes 5 minutes to reach a decent temperature. The rooms look like they could use a good carpet cleaning and dusting

Despite paying an extra $ 25 for "early check in" and also checking in online ahead of time to "Save Time" at check in, we waited 30 minutes in the Lobby while the single staff person (on New Years Eve sold out evening) bumbled thru the check in process with the family in front of us, in line, who literally and selfishly parked their huge van right smack in front of the entrance to the Lobby, blocking us from entering all the way thru the parking lot. The lone front desk clerk offered me a cup of self-serve coffee while he took a 1/2 hour to check in the selfish family in front of us - but there were no (zero) coffee cups in the Lobby Coffee center. This dude was inexperienced, inefficiffient and slow as hell - will never return here again

The room was fine but we had no hot water for two days and I paid for full breakfast. The breakfast was being remodel and it had very minimal breakfast. The staff was nice. It would be nice if I would be refunded at least two night for not having hot water.

Room photos were not even that. Hotel was old and dingy with a distinctive smell. It said it served hot breakfast which was a lie. Water was cold until the very last day of stay, which I was never informed until the day I arrived. They stated an email was sent. I have proof of the only email I received was about checking in.
