This spacious oceanfront, two-level penthouse has it all: tiled floors, granite counter-tops and walls of glass giving panoramic views of the Caribbean. Sliding glass doors open on to wrap-around terraces that have tables and chairs, lounges and a hammock, from which you can enjoy both ocean sunrises and jungle sunsets.
The Kitchen, living and dining area is a huge open plan space enclosed by two walls of glass giving guests a 180 degree view of the ocean.
The well-stocked kitchen with large wrap around granite counter top and bar, allows you to enjoy the ocean view and entertain while you prepare meals or mix drinks.
Beyond the kitchen area is the entertainment center with a 43-inch smart TV on which you can use your streaming subscriptions. There are also games, puzzles and a large selection of books for adults and children. Tourist guides, and books on Mayan and Mexican history will help you explore and understand this unique area of Mexico.
The glass top dining table is up a step, and overlooks both the ocean and Akumal Bay. You can leave the glass sliders open to enjoy the Caribbean breezes or simply eat outside at the table on the terrace.

Master bedroom
Located on the upper level this honeymoon suite has a beamed cathedral ceiling, air conditioning, king size bed, glass sliders to a private ocean front terrace, built in closets and vanity, and an en-suite stone bathroom. There is also a 30 inch smart TV on which you can use your streaming services. The bathroom has double vessel sinks and a unique private open-air shower with views of the jungle and bay.
Bedroom 1
The Iguana room on the lower level; has air conditioning, a king size bed, built in closet, small balcony overlooking the jungle and large window with ocean views. En-suite tiled bathroom.
Bedroom 2
The Dolphin room also on the lower level; has air conditioning, one queen and one full bed, built in closet, with small balcony overlooking the jungle. En-suite tiled bathroom which has an extra door to the hall.

The penthouse unit is on the third and fourth floor and is only accessible by stairs (30) it also has low walls/open railings surrounding the terraces, so young children need to be supervised.
Rental includes daily maid service (except Sundays and Mexican holidays) and on site caretakers (8am-5 pm week days and 8am to 1 pm weekends) who will help you with your luggage if you arrive during these hours.

The common areas include a large infinity pool, shaded open lobby, lounge chairs and gazebo, and parking spaces.
